Welcome to Pixel Assets Creations PTY LTD trading as PropertyEnhance (“PropertyEnhance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI photo enhancement website and services (the “Service”). By using our Service, you agree to these terms in full.
1Eligibility and Registration
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2Description of Service
PropertyEnhance provides an AI-powered tool designed to improve the quality, lighting, and appearance of property photographs.
3Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content & Copyright Warranty
You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant Pixel Assets Creations PTY LTD trading as PropertyEnhance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, enhance, and host the images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You expressly warrant that you own the copyright or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and consents (including necessary property and architectural rights) for any media you upload. You agree to fully indemnify PropertyEnhance against any third-party intellectual property or copyright infringement claims arising from your submissions.
Our Technology
Pixel Assets Creations PTY LTD trading as PropertyEnhance owns all rights, title, and interest in the AI models, software, branding, and proprietary algorithms. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code.
Enhanced Images
Once the enhancement is complete and paid for, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the enhanced images for your commercial property marketing and to transfer these images to your immediate clients (e.g., property sellers or landlords) for listing purposes. You may not, however, resell the raw output of the Service as a standalone digital asset or competing photo editing service.
4POPIA Compliance & Cross-Border Data Processing
By uploading media to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your photos may contain information relating to identifiable properties or individuals (such as street numbers, vehicle registration plates, or personal items).
5Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload images that are defamatory, obscene, or infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- “Deepfake” or create misleading representations of properties that could constitute fraud under the Consumer Protection Act.
- Use any automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
6Fees and Payment
- Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments: We use secure third-party payment processors like Paystack. You agree to provide valid payment information.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are generally not provided once an enhancement has been processed, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (e.g., in the case of a technical failure on our part).
7Limitation of Liability
- Pixel Assets Creations PTY LTD trading as PropertyEnhance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, or failed property sales) arising from your use of the enhanced images or service downtime.
- We do not guarantee that our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely error-free.
- You acknowledge that AI-enhanced photos are digital “representations” and you bear sole legal responsibility for ensuring they do not mislead potential property buyers, tenants, or the public. PropertyEnhance accepts no liability for misleading listings.
- Virtual Twilight images are generated using third-party AI models and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or structural elements not present in the original photo. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of AI-generated additions. You are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying each generated image before publishing it on any public real estate portal.

10Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a highly visible notice on our website.
11Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.
